Having a broad idea on the manpower management. Planning Skills Communication Skills (oral) in Tamil Analytical skills People Handling Working Area Silo TSD Thinning Packing Responsibilities 1.The candidate will have a team of 25 workman undertaking packing of Finished Goods.  2.He has to delegate the workmen working under him  3. He has to work on PCS systems during the production process.  4. Achieve the targets of production during the hsift like volume, pro-rata, etc.  5. Implementing newer systems for effective working of the block.  Participate in safety initiatives and other initiative launched in the dept Monitor performance of workmen Recommend appropriate training for workmen

Salary Fresher Rs.7850/-        (One year Trainee & six month Probation) Experience  Rs.9450/-         Direct six month probation After Confirmation Rs.11940/-
