HDM CONSULTANTS is an IT placement consultancy specializing in domestic and International placements for a niche clientele based out of Chennai

ü      Conduct / Facilitate Interview, JAD sessions with the key business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts to gather and understand the business requirements.

ü      Analysis and Documentation of the business and domain requirements.

ü      Understanding of how technology marries itself to business with sufficient depth in software analysis and ability to define business process change

ü      Ensure functional requirements are successfully implemented in the business domain/object model with the Subject Matter Experts.

ü      Have a thorough knowledge and understanding on ePayment, eGovernment, Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment, Payment Gateway / Bank integrations, Reconciliation Process, Dispute Management / Chargeback process, Government and Utility Services, Portal, Content Management.

ü      Verify / Validate Test Plan, Test Scenarios and Test Cases and ensure they meet the business requirement.

ü      Creating evolutionary prototypes which can demonstrate various business cases and scenarios

ü      Designing of the application processes and Data Modeling.

ü      Good experience in all phases of SDLC.

ü      Should have a minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in ePayment / eGovernment domain.

ü      Should have managed at least 1 ePayment / eGovernment implementations across the globe.

ü      Should have good experience in Conducting / Facilitating Interview, JAD sessions with the key business stakeholders.

ü      Should have a rich understanding and exposure on integrations with payment gateways, banks.
