The company is a client of Job Bazaar and is a large real estate group and developer of high rise residential real estate, segmented for the middle class in and around Tier II Indian cities and in Delhi - NCR.

Experience and/or special skills:

-         3-5years of relevant experience.

-         Diploma Engineer/Graduate Engineer with relevant Experience in Construction

-         Will verify the material as per the specification in the BOQ & also co-ordinate with local & government authorities for necessary approval.

-         Will ensure that material received from the supplier / contractor is as per the specification in the BOQ.

Statement of duties and responsibilities :

- Execution of complete site. Should have good experience in residential building work (group housing) and related services of building.

- Quality and Quantity check on Site.

- Maintain Site Register.
- Provide engineering support to the contractor.
- Report to the Site Head.

- Will monitor and ensure all the interior work like civil, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry etc is executed as per the project plan for various locations.
- Local purchase with approval of Project Head for the project work if required.
