1. Experience in BPO / KPO Recruitment is MUST. NO FRESHERS

2. Understanding manpower requirement.
3. Screening Resumes from Job Portals.
4. Handle whole recruitment cycle.
5. We prefer only graduates for this role.

6.  Candidates with consultancy experience will be preferred.

7. Candidates MUST have VERY GOOD communication skills. They should be presentable and well groomed. This role involves vendor handling and hence candidates must have high level of self-confidence.

8. Should have the ability to close the position in Turn Around Time with teh set targets.
